Delete your account

In the app

• Open Settings: tap the round badge at the top of the screen. On a Mac, choose PerchStack, then Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted at once, and the app signs you out. This cannot be undone. To use the app again, your company will need to invite you.

By email, without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email you sign in with and ask us to delete your PerchStack account. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name and your email
• Your password (we only ever kept a scrambled form of it)
• Which companies you could open, and which agents you could talk to
• Every session, so no device stays signed in

On your phone, the app forgets your sign-in and your answer to the AI question. Deleting the app removes the rest of its settings.

What is kept, and why

Your company's crew and its records stay on the company's own server, because they belong to the company, not to one person. That includes what you said to the crew and the drafts you approved.

To have those removed too, the owner of the company can ask us, and we remove them.

Billing records stay with the company that paid, as long as the law requires.

Paying

PerchStack bills the company, never through the App Store or Google Play, so there is nothing to cancel there. To stop a crew, the owner writes to us with 30 days' notice.

Closing a whole company

If you own the company and want all of it closed, write to [email protected]. We remove the company and everyone in it from PerchStack's sign-in. The server and everything on it stay yours, as the Terms of Service say.
