How PerchStack works: prices, paying, cancelling, what the crew may do on its own, and who owns what.
Who we are
PerchStack is a product of Wrong Aspect LLC, Utah, United States. We set up and run AI crews for service businesses, and we make the PerchStack app.
These terms are between us and the business that signs up for a crew ("you"). The people in your business who use the PerchStack app agree to the parts about the app.

What we do
We set up a crew of AI agents on a server in your name, connect the tools you choose, such as Jobber, QuickBooks, your email and your phone line, and keep the crew running.
What your crew does is agreed on the call and in the mockup of your own crew, which you see before you pay anything.
Prices and paying
A crew is $750 a month for Starter or $1,500 a month for Full, in US dollars. Lead replies on their own are $297 a month.
- Setup is $1,500, once. It's waived on a 12-month term, where you commit to the year.
- Your crew runs on a server in your name, in your own DigitalOcean account. DigitalOcean bills you for it directly, $24 to $48 a month depending on its size. It isn't billed through us.
- Everything else is in the monthly price.
Crews are billed monthly. Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is more than 14 days late, we tell you first, then pause the crew until it's paid. There are no late fees.
Cancelling and refunds
You pay nothing until you have seen a mockup of your own crew.
Month to month, you can stop with 30 days' notice. On a 12-month term, you commit to the year.
A month that has started isn't refunded.
To stop, the owner of the business writes to [email protected].
Nothing goes out without your yes
The crew records and drafts on its own. Anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your yes.
You can choose to let the crew send some things on its own, such as first replies to new inquiries. It only says what you've approved, and you can take that back at any time.
What you approve goes out as your business. AI can get things wrong, so read each draft before you approve it.
The crew says it is AI
When the crew answers a call or a message from one of your customers, it says it is an AI assistant at the start. You may not turn that off or ask the crew to pass itself off as a person.
Calls and texts
The crew answers the calls and messages that come to your business. It does not make cold calls or send cold texts.
When you have the crew message a customer, you are responsible for having that customer's permission to hear from you.
Your customers' information
Your crew works with your business's information, including your customers'. We handle it on your behalf and on your instructions, only to run your crew and support you. We never sell it or share it for advertising.

Who owns what
The server and your data are yours. If we ever part ways, you keep the server and everything on it.
Every account your crew connects to stays in your name.
We keep the tools we bring to every crew, such as our crew framework and the PerchStack app, and may reuse them. You may use them for as long as your crew runs.
The PerchStack app
The app comes with your crew. Nothing is sold inside it.
Each person your business invites may use the app with your crew while your crew runs. The app is licensed to you, not sold. Please do not copy, resell or take it apart.
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies.
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email. See Delete your account.
Fair use
Use your crew for your own business and within the law. Do not use it to send spam, to mislead anyone, or to break the rules of the tools it connects to or of our AI providers.
Using this website
The examples on this website are made up to show how things work. They are not real customers.

Limits of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, where Wrong Aspect LLC is registered.
Changes to these terms
When our terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
