Signing in
We give you your sign-in when your company's crew is set up. Passwords are at least 12 characters long.
Forgot your password? Write to [email protected] from the email you sign in with. We set a new one and send it to you securely.
The AI question
Before you first talk or write to your crew, the app asks whether what you say may be sent to our AI providers, OpenAI and Anthropic. Reading Today and approving drafts work without it.
You can change your answer any time in Settings. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app, under Settings, or by email. The steps are on Delete your account.
Stopping a crew
The owner of the company writes to [email protected]. Month to month, a crew stops with 30 days' notice. Your server and your data stay yours. See Pricing and the Terms of Service.
