Read the whole draft first
Open a card to read all of it, with who drafted it and the notes on it. Approve, and the crew sends it. Ask for changes, and it comes back redrafted.

Each agent has one job
Chief is the one you talk to, out loud or in writing, and it hands the work to the rest: Leads in Jobber, CFO in QuickBooks, Inbox in your email. Each agent's page shows what it is good at and what it did lately.
The rule
Nothing goes out without your yes
The crew records and drafts on its own. Anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your yes. You choose the exceptions, such as first replies to new inquiries.
